Article 1 – application of the general sales conditions :
The fact of ordering implies complete acceptance without reservations to these actual general conditions. Any condition contrary to the seller will be unenforceable. Taking command under a product contained within the online store or site www.segetex.com www.segetex.fr requires consultation and prior acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. The validation click of the order implies full acceptance hereof. This click has the value of a "digital signature".

Article 2 – Deliveries - Delays :
Deliveries are made by carriers selected by SEGETEX within 72 hours for deliveries in the Paris area and 96-hours days for the Province / Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica and Dom Tom). The delivery times are approximations. SEGETEX can not be held responsible for a partial delivery due to a product being out of stock or a temporary or permanent unavailability or in case of force majeure, such as a carrier strike, fire, flood... In the case of a temporary unavailability, SEGETEX is committed to ship the unavailable product later, after your services are notified under the conditions agreed to with the buyer.

Article 3 – Deliveries - Terms :
The products are delivered to the address given by the consumer on the order form and only in geographic areas we serve. If the buyer, upon delivery, is unavailable for acceptance, in the time given, any product will have to re-send to the buyer within a new deadline determined by Segetex and the buyer with be responsible for additional shipping charges.

Article 4 – Deliveries - Risks :
According to the warranty conditions of the Commercial Code (Article 103 et seq), the package must be checked upon delivery. It belongs to the buyer, in the event of damage or missing products (damage, missing product compared to the delivery receipt, damaged package, broken products…), to list the accurate reservations on the copy of the carrier’s receipt along with the client's signature and confirm those by fax to the Customer service of SEGETEX within 24/48 hours after receipt. The exchange of any product declared damaged after transport, without any reservations asserted upon receipt of the package, will not be acknowledged.

Article 5 – Reception :
Without relinquishing claims against the carrier, complaints about defects or non-conformity of the delivered product compared to the ordered product, must be made in writing within 48 hours after receipt of the products.
The buyer has the burden of providing any evidence establishing actual defects or irregularities.

Article 6 – Terms of return :
Any return of goods must be subject to a prior agreement made with the Customer service of SEGETEX within a maximum of 3 days after delivery. The return is made directly to our logistic platform at the costs and care of the purchaser within 15 days. Any product returned by carrier without the consent of SEGETEX will be rejected and will not give rise to a credit.
The products must be returned in their original packaging in good condition and without writing. Otherwise, no credit can be issued.

Article 7 – Price :
The prices indicated by the Commercial service are provided as a rough guide. They are in no way binding. All prices do not include taxes. SEGETEX reserves the right to revise prices without notice du to the variation of raw materials or transportation costs.

Article 8 – Payment :
The order must be paid in full before sending goods. Payment will be made by credit card directly to the secure server of the bank of SEGETEX. Exchanges take place within secure systems to ensure the confidentiality of information provided by the buyer.

Article 9 – Right of withdrawal :
The right of withdrawal only applies to individuals.
In accordance with articles L. 120-20, the consumer has a period of seven (7) calendar days to return, at its own expense, the products that do not suit him. This period starts on the date the goods are received by the consumer. Any return will be reported, in advance, with the customer service of Segetex. The product must be returned to the address supplied by Segetex.
For obvious reasons of hygiene, opened products from their individual packaging and /or used products will not be reimbursed.
Only products returned in full, in their original packaging, complete and intact, and in perfect condition for resale, will be accepted for return. Any product that has been damaged, or has its original packaging damaged, will not be refunded, returned or exchanged. This right of withdrawal is implemented without penalty, except for expenses and return costs.

Article 10 – Use Rights :
The use of existing trademarks on this site is strictly prohibited.

Article 11 – Responsibilities :
SEGETEX will not be held liable for any, direct or indirect, consequences connected with the use of catalogued goods

The goods remain our property until full payment by law No. 80355 of 12 May 1980.

Article 11 – Protection of personal data :
All the information that you provide us will only be used to process your orders. Pursuant to Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on computers, files and freedoms, you have the right to amend, rectify, review, modify and delete all data you have provided to the Seller.

Article 12 – Photos and text displayed in the catalogue :
SEGETEX can not be held responsible for typographical errors that may appear in this catalogue, in the offers, and in the communication elements addressed to customers. The photos inside the catalogue have no contractual value.

Article 13 – Litigation :
Any order placed through the SELLER SITE implies acceptance by the customer, without any restrictions, to the general sale conditions of the SELLER. In the event of a sale to a moral person and subsequent litigation (price, T & C, products…), all claims will be subject to French law before the Tribunal of Commerce located within the jurisdiction of SEGETEX’s corporate headquarters.
